Can't wait for more video's you may post! I really want to learn how to make the meat texture tofu. I'll have to try that soon.

Make a complete (juice plus) shake in the morning and put it in an insulated cup. It'll be good and refreshing and will fill you up with nutrition and energy to keep your studies up. www.juiceplus.com I don't sell it or anything just suggest it cuz it's so nutrious and delicious! I love it in the morning. I drink half and then half for a snack or lunch.

I would add Stevia and/or Organic Blue Agave Nectar to the "sugar" section.

Re: Natural remedies for healing muscles and ligaments by Monique N. GilbertBy silverlady76 on February 26th, 2010 | Comments Off
Muscle soreness and unusally long recovery times ended up being gluten intolerance in my case. When your digestion is suffering under an allergic reaction you cannot absorb the nurtients in your diet. So all the things that help your muscles recover from use or injury are deficient in your body even if your diet is excellent.

I like to eat Larabars or Luna Bars when I'm in a pinch, so that I'm not staaarving by the time I get to sit down and eat. Also, try using a weekend day to prep some items for late night snack/dinners. I'm more likely to make a little stir fry as suggested above if I've pre-chopped the veggies and can just toss them in the pan.

I LOVE garbanzo beans…have since I was little. I could eat them on their own with just a little salt/pepper. Thanks for the recipe!

Re: Vegetarian but overweight – why?By sdvegi on January 26th, 2010 | Comments Off
a1k0n – Thanks for the post. I always thought that glucose and fructose were metabolized the same way. I was amazed to find that fructose is metabolized completely by the liver, has a worse effect on the liver than alcohol (ethanol), and turns into fat.
So since fructose and ethanol are metabolized like fat, a low fat diet will not be low fat if there is enough fructose in the diet or alcoholic beverages in the diet.
rainbow Brenda thanks for the info on Dr John McDougall. I picked up his book and it has some good tips in it.
Shimmeringlight also helpful advice especially how sometimes we are thirsty and mistake it for hunger.
