This is great! I'm a newer vegan and am still trying to learn about all the wonderful things you can make with tofu. I never knew about silken tofu. I'm excitted about that. Can't wait for more video's you may post! I really want to learn how to make the meat texture tofu. I'll have to try that soon.

It'll be good and refreshing and will fill you up with nutrition and energy to keep your studies up. www.juiceplus.com I don't sell it or anything just suggest it cuz it's so nutrious and delicious! I love it in the morning. I drink half and then half for a snack or lunch.

I would add Stevia and/or Organic Blue Agave Nectar to the "sugar" section.
