Exceptional article. I have been spreading the word that fats are necessary in a human diet for months now with limited success. It is hard to explain this message when we have been bombarded with media, propaganda and even marketing displays on products. Even with the FDA's guidelines to back up the fact, the right information has to pass through years of one sided belief. Btw, I actually didn't know everything that you put in your article and so learned even more. Thank you, I really enjoyed this.
